Vision and mission

ZORAVISION NIG LTD VENTURES

Our vision

To be a leading catalyst for transformative infrastructure investment in Africa, supporting sustainable economic growth through strategic investment facilitation.

Our mission

To connect international investors and technical partners with infrastructure opportunities, fostering collaboration between public institutions and private entities.

What we do

Five areas of work, each aimed at bringing the right parties to the same table.

  • Involves Government institutions and private-sector project owners

We identify infrastructure projects that government institutions and private-sector owners want to deliver with outside investment.

    Discuss an Opportunity
  • Involves Foreign investors and the stakeholders behind each project

We source potential investors, including foreign investors, whose interests match an opportunity, and introduce them to the stakeholders involved.

    Discuss an Opportunity
  • Involves Federal, state and local institutions and private project owners

We engage federal, state and local institutions and private project owners, so each opportunity is understood from both the public and the private side.

    Discuss an Opportunity
  • Involves Public bodies and private partners under BOT or PPP

We facilitate investment opportunities under Build-Operate-Transfer and Public-Private Partnership frameworks, the arrangements through which public bodies and private partners deliver infrastructure together.

    How BOT and PPP work
  • Involves Relevant financial and technical partners

Where a project needs them, we coordinate with relevant financial and technical partners so that discussions can move forward.

Our approach

Our approach
  1. / Identify

    Identify infrastructure opportunities.

We identify projects that government institutions and private-sector owners want to deliver through BOT or PPP arrangements.

  2. / Engage

Engage relevant government agencies and project owners.

We engage the agencies and owners involved, so each opportunity is clearly understood before investors are approached.

  3. / Source

Source suitable international investors and partners.

We look for investors and technical partners whose interests match the project’s sector and framework.

  4. / Facilitate

Facilitate connections under BOT or PPP frameworks.

We introduce the parties and help coordinate early discussions within the framework that fits the project.

Not every opportunity proceeds. Each project depends on the parties reaching agreement and on the approvals that apply. ZORAVISION does not guarantee funding, approval or completion.

BOT and PPP frameworks

Both frameworks let public institutions and private partners deliver infrastructure together, each with defined responsibilities.

01

Framework

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)

A private partner builds an asset, operates it for an agreed period, then transfers it to the public authority. The private side usually arranges the investment and recovers it during the operating period.

02

Framework

Public-Private Partnership (PPP)

PPP is the wider term for long-term arrangements in which a public institution and a private partner share the work of delivering infrastructure or a public service. BOT is one form of PPP.

03

Our role

Where ZORAVISION fits

We do not finance projects. Our part is to help public bodies, project owners, investors and technical partners find each other and work through early discussions.
